Bill Tudor, President of International Learning Corporation. Previously, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of EdVISION Corporation and Executive Vice-President of Scantron Corporation.
With a bachelors degree in business administration from the University of Detroit Bill Tudor’s background includes data processing and computer programming experience dating back to the late 60’s. His training in systems
analysis has resulted in developing several companies focused on systemic reform. Bill’s former company was recognized by Inc. magazine in 1981 as one of the fastest growing 100 companies in the United States. He was also selected by IBM that year to be their first Value Added Re-marketer.
Along with partner John O’Hair, Bill founded EdVISION in 1990. EdVISION had record growth in its first ten years with four award winning software programs in the educational industry. Bill has been leading the way in the educational movement to identify grade level objectives and to provide teachers with an aligned diagnostic tool. EdVISION was sold to Scantron in 2002. Realizing that foundation skills are one of the most significant factors in improving student achievement, Bill Tudor form International Learning Corporation.
In addition to his duties as president of International Learning Corporation, Bill serves on the board of directors of Mitek Corporation.President of International Learning Corporation. Previously, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of EdVISION Corporation and Executive Vice-President of Scantron Corporation.

Eliot Levinson, CEO, and founder of the BLEgroup.
Eliot Levinson is known for his work in implementation of technology for accountability and his knowledge of educational-technology products and services.
His experience in education includes being a teacher in California and Pennsylvania, a middle school principal in Massachusetts, and an assistant to the chancellor of schools in New York City. His technology and research background ranges from having worked as a management scientist at the Rand Corporation and directing a research program on the organizational impact of technology at MIT's Sloan School of Management to being the co-founder of a Web-based instructional-management company.
Eliot works as a strategic technology advisor to school systems and charter schools of all sizes and state departments of education. He also assists several educational-technology firms in strategic planning and implementation. In addition to publishing SuperTECH NEWS, he is a regular contributor to THE newsletter and speaks frequently on topics of education policy, technology, leadership, and school management.

Meredith Manning, Founding member and Chief Content Officer for EdVISION Corporation.
Meredith Manning has over 17 years of experience in the design, development and marketing of high-quality educational products for the K-12 market.
Meredith was a member of the founding team and Chief Content Officer responsible for all content development and statistical research for EdVISION Corporation, which was acquired by Scantron Corporation in 2002.
As an executive consultant for Youel Systems, Inc., Meredith continues to support the K12 education industry as a marketing and content advisor for high-quality education companies and organizations.
In July 2007, Meredith joined Sally Ride Science as the Vice President of Marketing with a focus of building brand and product awareness to the K-12 market.
